At SÜK Workwear, we want your gear to fit perfectly and last a lifetime. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all full-priced items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure all items are unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached. Place them securely in their original packaging or a durable mailer.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
